Thunder Lacrosse sponsored the inaugural Lars Tiffany 7v7 Camp
June 6-8 at Hightower Middle School

Over 100 players in grades 4-8 from all over metro Atlanta received three days of skill development, 7v7 action and daily lax olympics.  Despite the heat, we saw great effort from the players and lots of improvement.  Next year, we look forward to another great group of kids and temperatures in the 80s.  Special thanks to Coach Tiffany and Thunder coaches Wesley Speaks, Michael Rabbitt and Zack Zessack for all your efforts.  We hope to see everyone back next year!!

Thunder Lacrosse lost a cherished member of our family on March 10th with the tragic passing of Josh Wittes.  Josh was an original member of our team in 2008 and played a huge role in every season since.  His brothers David & Zach will carry the torch for him in 2011 and beyond, but none of us will ever forget Josh.  He had an amazing, contagious smile, exciting play-making abilities and a tremendous competitive spirit.  Most importantly, we will always remember him as a great kid, teammate and friend.
